From Hell’s Kitchen to the Emerald Coast

With Italian roots, an East Coast upbringing, training at the Culinary Institute of America, and two appearances on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Giovanni “Gio” Filippone has taken quite a journey to the kitchen at Fish On. Today, he brings decades of experience to Destin, serving up fresh seafood, pasta, pizza, and the kind of food that keeps people coming back.

Reviews were spot on. Great everything all-around! We got the shrimp stir-fry, lobster tacos (phenomenal), and the sauté grouper with Mac n cheese. You literally can't go wrong I feel like with your selection. We were beyond impressed!

We ordered Cioppino and Sautéed Butter Lemon Grouper with White Wine, they both were really delicious and beyond our expectations. Everything was fresh, cooked right and the flavor was perfectly balanced to complement the freshness of the seafoods. Nice, clean and friendly environment. Highly recommend this place we'll surely be back

Walked in to be greeted by an amazing a young lady who took our order. We visited as a family of four and the customer service and food were exceptional. Restaurant was very clean. Portion sizes were great! Fish and chips were fried to perfection. Perfect spot in Destin to have dinner with quick wait times!!

Wait staff was great and the food came out quickly despite being busy. I had the shrimp po'boy and cajun rice and they were both on point. I also tried the fried fish tacos and they were so good I got an order to go. I highly recommend this one.

We enjoyed a great lunch at Fish On! It was our first time eating there and we were impressed. Friendly staff, super clean restaurant and great tasting food! They also serve beer, wine, slushies and cocktails. There are plenty of large and small tables and we love the dining ledge around the windows.
